Things worth knowing before you ask

How quickly will somebody reply?

Usually the same working day, New Zealand time. A person reads it. There is no queue and no chatbot at this end.

Can I see it working first?

Yes. Ask and you will get a call from the agent itself, so you can hear it rather than read about it.

We are not on Xero or MYOB.

Say what you do run. Custom integration work starts at $499 and is quoted against the system involved, and you will get a straight answer about whether it can be read at all.

Is my ledger big enough to bother?

Tell us roughly how many invoices go past due in a month. If the answer is four, we will say so rather than sell you something.
