What we collect.

This website

The build form collects what you type into it: your name, email, phone, your business name and the answers you gave about the caller you want. We use them to answer your enquiry and to set the agent up if you go ahead. They are not sold and not shared beyond that.

The form uses short-lived security tokens and a request limit, which need one cookie. It carries no personal information and is not used for advertising. Optional Google Analytics is separate, and is described further down this page.

The caller

Once running for your business it reads the approved invoices in your accounting system that are past due by the threshold you set, and the contact details on those invoices. It records what was said on each call and writes the outcome back onto the invoice.

Calls for New Zealand businesses are handled on +64 numbers in New Zealand data centres, and for Australian businesses on +61 numbers in Australia. Card numbers are never spoken on a call: a payment is made through a secure link the customer opens themselves.

How long

An enquiry that does not become a customer is deleted after two years. Customer records are kept for seven, which is what New Zealand and Australian tax law requires of business records.

Your copy of it

You can ask what we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. Use the form on this site and say so, and a person will action it.

Who runs this

This website and the service behind it are operated by Talkify, a product of D3V Services Limited in New Zealand, which is the organisation responsible for the information described above.

Optional Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics on this website to understand page visits and confirmed enquiry counts. It is on by default. These sites serve New Zealand and Australia, where analytics of this kind does not require your prior permission, so we do not interrupt you with a banner to ask. You can switch it off at any time. Local previews send no analytics at all.

“Analytics choices” in the footer turns analytics off, and your choice is remembered in this browser for up to 180 days. Turning it off does not affect the contact form or any planning tool, and it stops this integration sending anything further. Essential form-security cookies work separately.

While analytics is on, Google receives limited technical information about the visit. This implementation sends the page path and title, referring website origin and whether an enquiry was confirmed. It does not deliberately send form answers, names, email addresses, telephone numbers or URL query/fragment text. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled.

Google Analytics uses cookies and processes technical information, which may involve systems outside New Zealand or Australia. See Google’s Privacy Policy. Switching analytics off stops future analytics from this integration; it does not erase information already processed.
